We are an active job portal for the Costa del Sol. You don’t have to send CVs into the void: you create your profile, say when you can work, and companies search for you and get in touch. Our goal is simple: people who need to work find a job fast, and companies find staff who are available right away.

Tourism is the main economic engine of the province of Málaga. Every season, hotels, holiday apartments, restaurants, beach bars, golf courses, marinas and leisure parks need to hire staff quickly. This portal is designed for people looking for:
- A job in hospitality, tourism or any of the services that depend on it.
- An internship if you are studying hospitality and tourism vocational training, a university degree or a professional certificate.
- Your first work experience, or a change of sector. We ask you to tell us honestly what you do best, whether or not you have a qualification.
Tourism and the services that make it possible
Behind every stay on the Costa del Sol there are thousands of workers, not only at reception or in the dining room. Tourism creates direct jobs in hotels, holiday apartments, restaurants, leisure, golf, travel agencies and tour guiding, and indirect jobs in cleaning and industrial laundries, maintenance and refurbishment, gardening and pools, transport and transfers, retail, security, holiday rentals, real estate, food and suppliers. Companies from all these sectors can find you on our portal.
Where we work
We cover the whole Costa del Sol in Málaga and its surroundings:
- Western Costa del Sol: Torremolinos, Benalmádena, Fuengirola, Mijas, Marbella (including San Pedro de Alcántara and Puerto Banús), Estepona, Casares, Manilva, Benahavís, Istán and Ojén.
- Málaga city: city hotels, cruises, museums, retail and the international airport.
- Eastern Costa del Sol (Axarquía): Rincón de la Victoria, Vélez-Málaga and Torre del Mar, Algarrobo, Torrox and Nerja.
Need housing to take a job?
Finding accommodation is often the hardest part of working on the coast, especially in high season. That’s why we work with real estate agencies and agents who list homes and rooms for rent for people relocating for work. If you need it, tick it in your profile and search for housing from your dashboard.
How it works
- Candidates: registration is free. Complete your profile, upload your CV and keep your availability up to date. If you find a job, switch it off.
- Companies: sign up with a monthly or annual fee and, once their account is approved, search candidates by availability, schedule, languages, education, sector and experience.
- Real estate agencies and agents: sign up with a monthly or annual fee and list accommodation for candidates.
We review every company and agency before activating it, so candidates’ details only reach those who are genuinely hiring.
