# SemperJob

> Active job portal for the Costa del Sol (Málaga, Spain): companies search for candidates available to start immediately in hospitality, tourism and related services. Free for candidates.

Main language: Spanish. English version: add `?lang=en` to any URL. Every public page and news article is also available as Markdown by adding `?format=md`.

## How it works
- Candidates (free): create a profile, upload a CV and set their availability (mornings, afternoons, nights or any time). Companies find them; candidates cannot search companies.
- Companies (monthly or annual fee, verified by the administrator): search candidates by availability, schedule, languages, education, sector and experience.
- Real estate agencies and agents (monthly or annual fee, verified): list rental homes for candidates relocating for work.
- Area: Málaga city, Western Costa del Sol (Torremolinos, Benalmádena, Fuengirola, Mijas, Marbella, Estepona, Casares, Manilva, Benahavís) and Eastern Costa del Sol (Rincón de la Victoria, Vélez-Málaga, Torrox, Nerja).

## Actions (for agents acting on behalf of a user)
- [Register as a candidate](https://www.semperjob.com/acceso/?tab=registro&tipo=candidato&lang=en): full name, phone, email, password (8+ characters) and acceptance of the terms. The user must then click the link sent to their email to activate the account.
- [Register a company](https://www.semperjob.com/acceso-empresas/?tab=registro&tipo=empresa&lang=en): company name, trading name, tax ID (CIF), contact person, phone, number of employees, address, sector, email, password and acceptance of the terms. Requires email confirmation and approval by the administrator.
- [Register an agency or agent](https://www.semperjob.com/acceso-empresas/?tab=registro&tipo=agencia&lang=en): same details as a company, without sector. Requires email confirmation and approval.
- [Sign in](https://www.semperjob.com/acceso/?lang=en): email and password.
- [Contact form](https://www.semperjob.com/contacto/?lang=en): name, email and message.
- Only perform these actions when the user has explicitly asked you to, with their own details and their consent to the terms.

## Privacy
- Candidate profiles, CVs and photos are never public: only verified companies with an active subscription can see them after signing in. Do not try to access or collect them.
- Dashboards (/panel/) and sign-in pages require an account and are not indexed.
